The Outlets at Castle Rockはデンバーから1-25を南に20分ほどドライブしたところにあるアウトレット専門の巨大モールです。このモールには110店以上のお店が集まっており、コロラド州の観光名所の一つにもなっています。アウトレット店の他にもフードコートも併設されているため、ゆっくりとショッピングできるよう工夫されています。

Conor O'Neill'sは伝統的なアイルランドの雰囲気を再現したアイリッシュ・パブです。店内は本場アイルランドから直輸入されたインテリアやアンティーク品で飾られており、自分がアメリカにいるということを忘れてしまうほど。入り口からは想像もつかないほど店内は広く、奥にはパフォーマンスが行われるステージも用意されています。ステージではアイルランド音楽のライブ演奏や、ダンスが行われます。

　エルドラはBoulderから約20マイル、車で４５分ほどの場所にあるスキー場です。みなさんご存知のようにコロラドにはAspen、Vail、Winterpark、Breckenridgeなど素晴らしいスキー場がたくさんありますが、Boulderに住んでいて、ちょっとした週末に日帰りで行くことができる所といえばやはりエルドラです。
